Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all sensors, mounting hardware, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
